It’s been a long time coming, but I swear we didn’t forget about you. We still love you. We love you so much, in fact, that we’re giving you some free games just in time for the holidays. Merry Whateveryoucelebrate!
We put out the call for super-genius-artists to remake a trio of videogame box art for one of our favorite DWF features, Box Art Betterment. Man, you guys really pulled through.
After a painful judging process, we’ve come to the conclusion as to who the lucky three winners are. Their phenomenal Box Art Betterment submissions have changed the way the DWF staff thinks about box art. This is why. Ladies and gentlemen, your winners…
Mark Hinog, Grand Theft Auto IV
Because, c’mon. Look at this frickin’ thing. It’s hilarious.
Nick Korn, Sacred 2
For outstanding achievement in the field of Vin DiesLOL.
Jordan Yates, Batman: Arkham Asylum
For doing what we asked — MS Painting it up. Also, that Centurion is awesome.
We’ll have the remainder of your submissions posted soon. We had a few killer entries that we’d have loved to reward, but simply didn’t have enough games to go around. Thank you all for participating, and congratulations. You’ll be enjoying your gratis game-age soon!
